The OECD puts the average annual wage for a full-time equivalent employee in Colombia at COP 47,790,272 in 2024 (OECD Average annual wages (OECD Earnings database), 2024). That is total wage bill divided by full-time equivalent jobs, so it is pulled up by high earners and is not what a typical worker takes home.
ILOSTAT reports median monthly earnings of employees of COP 1,500,000 a month for 2025 (ILOSTAT EAR_EMTM_SEX_OCU_NB (LFS - Gran Encuesta Integrada de Hogares), 2025). A median is the midpoint: half of employees earn less.
The occupation split (ILOSTAT EAR_EMTM_SEX_OCU_NB, 2025) runs from COP 3,600,000 a month for professionals to COP 1,400,000 for elementary occupations. These are broad ISCO-08 groups, not individual job titles.
Colombia shows about 5.1% CPI in 2025 (World Bank Open Data), with GDP per capita about US$8,562. We do not yet publish role-level medians for Colombia, so there are no per-job pages here.
